In the next installment of our Employee Spotlight Series, we are highlighting Justin Neri, our Parts Advisor for Audi Fremont. Read about his journey below.
Journey to Fletcher Jones
Justin’s interest in the automotive industry, specifically working with Audi vehicles, stems from childhood. He shares, “I have been an Audi fan for as long as I can remember!” Now, he has 16 years of experience with Audi vehicles and joined the Audi Fremont Team in 2018 – a year after our opening.
Over the years, he has worked in many roles at Audi Fremont, including but not limited to, back counterman, shipping & receiving, and more. He says, “The experience gave me a broad skill set, which means I can jump in whenever my team needs me.” His different roles opened the door to his current position as Parts Advisor, and he looks forward to many more years of assisting guests in this role.

Justin’s Favorites:
1. Hobbies: When Justin is not busy assisting guests, he is out cycling, hiking, playing paintball and softball, or going to the gym. He enthusiastically shares, “I do a lot of cycling, and I love leading an active lifestyle!”
2. Favorite Lunch Spot: Dish N Dash in Fremont, CA
3. Favorite Audi Model: “My all time favorite is the 2008 Audi RS 4, but for a more modern Audi, I like the Audi RS 6.”
