In the next installment of our Employee Spotlight Series, we are highlighting Frank Santos, Service Advisor and part of the grand opening Team for Audi Fremont.
Journey to Audi Fremont
When Frank was a kid, he was surrounded by cars, sharing, “My dad was always working underneath a car and I was on hand to pass him the tools he needed.” It was in these moments Frank’s initial interest in the automotive industry was sparked. He enthusiastically says, “I wanted to learn about each and every tool there was!”
In junior college, Frank split his time between his studies and his part time job at a small, independent auto shop. After graduation, he pursued a career in another industry but the year 1998 brought him back to the automotive industry. He started back up in a Toyota factory for 7 months before quickly realizing he was not cut out for it and moved onto a Service Advisor position with Volkswagen. He says, “I never looked back!” Frank focused on learning all he could before finding a Service Advisor position with an Audi dealership in 1999.
Fast forward to 2017 and the opening year for Audi Fremont, Frank took the opportunity to join the grand opening Team as a Service Advisor. He shares, “I was nervous to leave my current position as I had many guests, but my guests were incredibly supportive of my move and joined me at Audi Fremont.”
Why Fletcher Jones?
For Frank, Why Fletcher Jones? is an easy question to answer! He shares, “Fletcher Jones is there for whatever a Team Member or guest needs. They offer a structure, like their Business Development Center, that allows for an easy workflow and to meet guests expectations.”

Outside of Work
When Frank is not busy at Audi Fremont, he can be found working around the house, gardening, and going on family outings.
